Enjoy your visit to the Geneva on the Lake area… My home is two miles east of the Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip~exactly one mile east of the Indian Creek Resort. Our guest home offers a spacious and comfortable two bedroom home with all the luxuries of your home.

Our guest home offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful Lake Erie Shoreline. Guests are welcome to navigate their way to the shore, at their own risk. The lake in front of our home usually has a sandy bottomed area and makes for enjoyable swimming, tubing, kayaking and with careful navigation a boat or jet skis can pull up pretty close to the waters’ edge. We cannot predict or guarantee if Mother Nature will offer a sandy beach area for sunbathing directly in front of our home, however most of the time there is a small sandy beach area within walking distance just to the west. The State of Ohio owns the shoreline and is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance (we are not permitted to modify the access way to the water), but you are welcome to enjoy the lake and shoreline area at your leisure. There is no public parking anywhere near our guest home, so the water and shoreline in front of our home is very private and usually only inhabited by our guests.

Guests marvel at the panoramic view and beautiful Lake Erie sunsets. The house is in close proximity to the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, wonderful Ashtabula and Lake County Wineries as well as many Covered Bridges. We are just 8 miles from the Spire Institute (athletic complex) and provide a comfortable home with a huge yard for visiting athletes and their families to enjoy.  Come enjoy the romantic privacy of our lake front location and comfortable guest home.
